When a query looks misspelled, the Modern theme offers the corrected word: “Did you mean: jacket?” above the results. The toggle lives in Elevated › Site Search › Settings › Theme & Style when Modern is selected (“Suggest corrections for misspelled queries”) and is on by default.
Did You Mean is a Modern theme feature. Select Modern under Theme & Style.
With Modern selected, Theme & Style shows the Did you mean toggle. Leave it on and save.
Open the search and type a misspelling, such as jaket:

The two features complement each other. Fuzzy matching quietly returns the right results despite the typo, at the strictness you set (see How to Configure Fuzzy Matching); Did You Mean shows the corrected word itself, so the visitor can run the clean query. With fuzzy matching off, the suggestion becomes the visitor’s main path back to the right results.
No suggestion appears for a typo. Suggestions come from the words in your indexed content; a term nothing in the index resembles produces no correction. Confirm the toggle is on and the misspelling is close to a real word on your site.
The suggestion shows in the admin preview but not on the site. Confirm the frontend runs the Modern theme and the page was reloaded after saving.
