To configure your feed’s layout, navigate to Elevated › Instagram Feed › My Feeds, open your feed wizard, and proceed to Step 5 (Layout). The columns or rows do not match my manual layout inputs
Confirm that you have selected the Manual button under the Columns and Rows accordion panel. If Auto remains active, the layout engine will ignore your column and row settings to calculate dimensions dynamically. Additionally, verify that your WordPress theme container has sufficient horizontal space to display your selected column count.
The feed is cut off or extends past the page border
This occurs if you have set a static pixel width in the Width input field that exceeds your site’s wrapper dimensions. To fix this, open Step 5 (Layout), find the Width setting under Columns and Rows, and set the value to auto. This allows the feed to fit inside your theme container.
The profile header is distorted, or elements are overlapping
This can happen if you are trying to display multiple header statistics, such as Posts Count, Followers, and Following, in a narrow layout column, such as a sidebar. If horizontal space is limited, expand the Header accordion in Step 5 and toggle off unnecessary details under Header Elements. For narrow layouts, keep only the Profile Picture and Username active.
