To select a feed template, navigate to Elevated › Instagram Feed, launch the setup wizard, and make your selection in Step 1 (Template). Elevated Instagram Feed provides six pre-built layouts grouped into three template families: Grid, Slider, and Mosaic. Each family is available in a Header style (which displays profile bio statistics) and a Clean style (which focuses strictly on the media thumbnails).
The templates in Elevated Instagram Feed are organized into three primary visual structures:

The Grid Header template displays your posts in structured square-cropped grid blocks, topped with a profile header banner. This banner displays profile details, including your profile picture, username, followers count, following count, and a customizable Follow button. It is ideal for landing pages, brand showcases, and dedicated social pages.

The Grid Clean template displays standard square posts in the same uniform layout but removes the profile details banner entirely. This creates a flat, media-only gallery that fits cleanly in headers, sidebars, or widget zones.

The Grid Slider Header template organizes your posts in a horizontal slider carousel topped with your profile detail banner. When a slider template is active, Slider Settings appear in Step 5 (Layout), allowing you to customize navigation rules such as Arrows Control, Drag Control, Animation Speed, and Autoplay Interval. This template is ideal for dynamic homepages and review rows.

The Grid Slider Clean template features the horizontal carousel layout without any bio profile information. It displays as a clean scrolling row of media thumbnails, which is a popular layout for footer rows, page divides, and digital store banners.

The Mosaic Header template places your posts in a masonry grid format where image dimensions maintain their natural, dynamic height. Topped with the profile bio banner, this template provides a creative, art-gallery-style portfolio block.

The Mosaic Clean template combines the artistic, masonry collage format with a flat layout that omits the header. This style is ideal for travel blogs, lifestyle websites, and professional portfolios that favor an organic layout.

Selecting a Header template in Step 1 acts as a starting point, but the plugin’s flexible architecture allows you to dynamically toggle the header layout on or off inside Step 5 (Layout) at any time.
Expanding the Header accordion reveals options to turn the profile details panel on or off, or customize what information is shown:
| Layout Control | Description |
| Show Header | Globally toggle the profile header on or off. |
| Show Title | Show or hide the feed title text. |
| Profile Picture | Show or hide the Instagram account profile picture. |
| Full Name | Display the verified full name associated with the account. |
| Username | Display the @username handle. |
| Verified Badge | Show the blue verified badge next to your profile handle. |
| Posts Count | Display the total number of posts published on the account. |
| Followers Count | Display the account’s total follower count. |
| Following Count | Display the account’s total following count. |
| Follow Button | Show the call-to-action follow button linking to Instagram. |
If you choose a Clean template, the header bio options are automatically hidden in Step 5.
Use cases for Grid templates
The standard grid layout is highly structured and best used on dedicated social landing pages, contact pages, or galleries where alignment is key. Clean grid templates are well-suited for smaller columns or site sidebars.
Use cases for Slider templates
The slider layout is horizontal and compact, making it an excellent choice for homepages, checkout pages, and footers. Sliding templates keep users on your page by letting them cycle through posts horizontally without taking up vertical page space.
Use cases for Mosaic templates
The mosaic masonry layout is artistic and asymmetrical. It works best on travel, lifestyle, photography, and fashion blogs where individual images have varying vertical orientations that you want to preserve without square cropping.
The live preview does not show my selected template style
This occurs if your browser has saved older cached assets or if you have an active ad-blocking extension that prevents the layout scripts from loading. Refresh your browser window (Ctrl + F5 or Cmd + Shift + R) to reload the layout rendering scripts.
Changing the template inside Step 5 does not update the feed structure
Template selections must be applied in Step 1 (Template) of the wizard. While layout controls are available in Step 5 (Layout), the fundamental layout structure (Grid, Slider, or Mosaic) must be chosen in Step 1 to load the correct layout engine.
