This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and Elevated Extensions ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using any part of our software, services, or website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use our services.
Your satisfaction is our priority. All payments, including subscription renewals and lifetime deals (LTDs), are backed by our 90-day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 90 days of your payment, and we’ll issue a refund.
We offer both subscription-based and one-time lifetime license options. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. Lifetime licenses remain valid indefinitely for the licensed version.
Our Elevated All Access Pass entitles you to lifetime access and updates to all current and future plugins developed by Elevated Extensions. This is the only product that guarantees access to future releases. Other lifetime deals (LTDs) are limited to the specific products or extensions purchased at the time of sale. These LTDs do not include future plugins or extensions unless explicitly stated. For example, if we release a new product after your purchase, it will not be included in your LTD unless you hold an Elevated All Access Pass, and you will need to purchase it separately at the then-current price.
The PHP code of our plugins is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Other parts of the software, such as icons, JavaScript, and assets, are covered by their respective licenses. Refer to the license files included with the plugin for details.
Each license purchase grants you access to your account, where you can download purchased software and receive updates. You may use the software on behalf of your clients, but you are responsible for ensuring compliance with this Agreement. Account credentials must not be shared or resold. If we detect unauthorized sharing or misuse, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund.

You may not bundle any of our extensions as part of another product, service, or include them as part of a hosted service.

Do not use "Elevated Extensions" or "elex" in top-level domain names, plugin names, or product branding without explicit permission. We follow trademark policies similar to those used by the WordPress Foundation.
Our software is provided “as is,” with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free performance or that the software will meet all your requirements.
In no event shall Elevated Extensions or its affiliates be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our software or services.
If you are dissatisfied with our software or services, your only remedy is to stop using them and cancel your subscription or license. No other claims shall be honored.
We aim to provide responsive support but do not guarantee availability, speed, or resolution times. Support is offered at our discretion.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevated Extensions and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from your use of the software or violation of this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
This document constitutes the full agreement between you and Elevated Extensions regarding the use of our products and supersedes any prior agreements.
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notices. Continued use signifies acceptance.
We may offer discounts or product bundles at our discretion. Terms of such offers will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, internet outages, or legal restrictions.
Failure to enforce any part of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign this Agreement at our discretion.
