Elevated Instagram Feed installs like any standard WordPress plugin. Download the .zip from the Customer Portal, upload it through your WordPress admin, then activate your license key to enable automatic updates. There is no free version of Elevated Instagram Feed, and a valid license is required to use the plugin.
Log in to the Customer Portal at https://elevatedextensions.com/portal/ using the credentials associated with your purchase.
Click View Downloads to navigate to the Downloads page.

You can also navigate directly to the Downloads section from the portal’s top menu.
Download the latest .zip file and save it to your computer. Do not extract the file as WordPress requires the original .zip format for plugin installation.
Go to Plugins › Add New in your WordPress admin.

Click Upload Plugin at the top of the page.
Click Choose File and select the ZIP you downloaded from the Customer Portal. You can also drag and drop the file directly onto the upload area.
Click Install Now.
Once the installation finishes, click Activate Plugin.

After activation, a new Instagram Feed menu item appears under Elevated in your WordPress admin sidebar.
Automatic updates are only available after you activate your license. Without an active license, the plugin will not receive update notifications when new versions are released.
Go to Elevated › Instagram Feed › License.

Copy your license key from one of the following locations:
Paste the key into the field and click Activate.

A confirmation message appears when the license is active. You can now return to the Plugins page; future updates will appear automatically when available.
The Elevated Instagram Feed license system controls how many sites you can install the plugin on, how updates are delivered, and how to manage your existing activations.
| Plan | Sites |
| Single Site | 1 |
| Up to 5 Sites | Up to 5 |
| Up to 100 Sites | Up to 100 |
| All Access Pass | Unlimited |
When you activate a license on a site, that activation is tied to that domain. If you need to move the plugin to a new domain, deactivate the license on the old site first, then activate it on the new one.
Development and staging sites do not count toward your activation limit. You can activate your license on an unlimited number of test environments at no cost.
To manage existing activations, log in to the Customer Portal and view your license details. From there, you can deactivate any site that is no longer in use, which frees up an activation slot.
When a new version is released, an update notification appears on the Plugins page. Click Update Now to apply it. Updates only appear on sites where the license is currently active.
“Installation failed” error
Make sure you uploaded the .zip file from the Customer Portal directly. Do not upload an extracted folder. If you accidentally extracted the file, re-download the original ZIP and try again.
License activation fails with “Invalid license key”
Check that you copied the entire key with no extra spaces before or after. If the issue persists, log in to the Customer Portal and verify the license is active and has remaining activations.
License is active, but no updates appear
Confirm you are on the correct domain. Each license activation is tied to the specific domain where it was activated. If you recently migrated the site, reactivate the license on the new domain.
