The [elevated_site_search] shortcode renders the instant search box anywhere WordPress renders shortcodes: pages, posts, block widgets, and page builders. It takes no attributes; every box on your site follows the settings under Elevated › Site Search › Settings. An active license is required for the box to render.
Edit the page or post where the search box should live.
Add a Shortcode block and paste [elevated_site_search]. In a classic editor or a text widget, paste the shortcode directly into the content.
Publish, then open the page. The search box renders where the shortcode sits, up to 600px wide by default, and starts returning results after three typed characters.

The shortcode has no options of its own. Layout, theme, colors, and behavior all come from the plugin settings, so every box stays consistent site-wide.
Administrators see “License is not active” where the box should be. Activate your license under Elevated › Site Search › License. Visitors see nothing at all until the license is active.
The shortcode text shows on the page instead of a search box. The content area is not rendering shortcodes. Use the Shortcode block instead of a plain paragraph, or your builder’s shortcode element.
